This introductory training will provide you with sound guidance for your involvement in the occupational health and safety committee (Arbeitsschutzausschuss – ASA). You will be given practical tips and suggestions for effective participation.
The focus will be on the following questions: What can the health and safety committee do to improve working and health conditions, and how can the workers' representatives on the committee work towards this?
In addition, the occupational health and safety actors in the company (occupational health and safety specialists, occupational physicians, etc.) are introduced: their tasks, the possibilities of cooperation and support, and co-determination.
