Internal organisation and a concerted long-term strategy are necessary for the works council's efficiency and success. Strategy meetings will help you find the right path! Without the day-to-day pressure of deadlines and duties, this type of retreat is the perfect setting for • taking stock of the committee's work, • developing strategic goals and identifying priorities, • (re)structuring key works council processes, • clarifying the division of labour and matters of cooperation, and • establishing practical agreements to reach your goals.

Our trainers will demonstrate new methods, tools and approaches that will make your day-to-day committee work easier. Upon request, we can also provide expertise and advice on specific issues within your company.

We recommend a minimum duration of two days and a venue with overnight accommodation in order to facilitate the team-building processes that occur during retreats.
