This advanced training course presents tried and tested procedures for assessing mental health risks in the workplace, specifying the requirements for workplaces in the tech industry. Its goal is to effectively combat working conditions that cause physical and mental illness.
The course also discusses ways that works councils can conduct risk assessments that fulfil their requirement to supervise working conditions, and it explores options to involve employees in the process.
Participants will acquire the skills they need to initiate and supervise risk assessments for mental health.
