Refresher training course: Works Constitution Act – staying on top of the basics (Part 1)
Knowledge update for experienced works council members
Are you returning to the works council after a break? Do you need a knowledge booster in order to rethink the basics?
In the first part of our refresher training course for experienced works council members, we recapitulate the rights and obligations arising from the BetrVG, taking into account current case law. We draw attention to changes in the labour legislation that may have an impact of your work in the works council and provide practical tips on how you can use your experience to the benefit of the (newly composed) committee.
Familiarity with the latest developments in legislation and case law will help you feel more confident when advising colleagues, making decisions in the committee, and negotiating with the employer.
This course targets not only works council chairpersons and committee spokespersons but also all works council members who want to keep their knowledge up to date.
